Negligence
is a failure to act with the prudence that a reasonable person would exercise
under certain circumstances. What the circumstances may be, on the other way
negligence is never accepted in a positive manner, it is simply stated as lack
of concern or carelessness.
Let us take
an example. A person wants the attention of the other person who is likely to
be expected to show some concern for the first person. The first person goes
after the second to query the reasons for negligence because it is never
accepted in real, since always.
Changing the
view, the second becomes the first and vice versa. Now, showing the scenery of
the circumstances, in which the person is an important part, not exactly known
to the other person who expects concern. Without proper utilization of space,
no scenery will look good. To avoid the clumsiness, something or the other is
added or neglected- the other person. The scenery is manipulated now. It is not
real. It has come to choice of keeping or ignoring, it has become a creation of
own.
Therefore,
the world has never accepted negligence, as it expects concern. However, nobody
can look after everything if there is a thought of creating something new
within.
